Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your request before the 14-day period expires.
How to exercise your withdrawal right
You can withdraw from your purchase by:
- Using the self-serve cancellation or return option in your customer account (recommended), or
- Contacting us at: info@sekcustoms.eu
Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Refunds
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return.
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed, as permitted by EU law.
